At Substrait Construction, we specialise in all things Carpentry whether it's high-end new builds, renovations, extensions, or beautiful work on lovely old villa's and bungalow's we love crafting the details. We are a residential Company under the direction of Gray Russell, a skilled carpenter with over 15 years experience working in on everything from high-end new builds in Queenstown to beautiful Villas in and around Auckland. Gray is also a certified passive house tradesperson aiming to raise the bar for Standards when it come to residential construction
We service Central, Northwest and the Northshore of Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) but not limited to as for our clients we'll move mountains to see their dreams come true.
