To give you peace of mind for your future project we will go in depth through all aspects of the job with you. For larger jobs we involve a Qs to keep things accurate as possible, once the figures comes back, we then double check again to make sure everything is accounted for, before presenting it.
Built To Budget
We’ve all heard the horror stories about budget blowouts? Nasty surprises come hand over? We use contracts so you know exactly what your investment will be. You’re welcome to make changes at any time during the building, which we have a process for this meaning there are no nasty surprises at the end. Because of this process no extra work will be completed without your knowledge or sign off, helping keep things on track and on budget. If there is anything like earth works etc. which we cannot lock in a price for we will let you know in the contract to keep you informed of any price variances that could arise during your build.

For our large sites, we will also organise a commercial cleaner to come through and clean your home from head to toe. Leaving it ready for you and your family to enjoy. Personal Site Visits
Our director will come and meet with you for a dreams to reality meeting, where he can help relieve any stress, share in your excitement and discuss your ideal building project. We will take you through the process of how Substrait Construction will work with you to create your dream home, discuss any relevant information like time frames, building consents, pricing and project management. Anything that could become a problem.
Communication Is Key
Like most areas of life, communication is key to the success of any relationship and we view things no differently. During your project, to ensure you’re up to date but not overwhelmed, we will catch up weekly to discuss progress or any potential issues we may face. We are available via a phone call to discuss any variations or concerns you may have. If we don’t pick up, leave a message and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Both site visits and phone calls can be booked on our web site allowing you to choose an available time slot that works for you.
