Personal Planning Sessions
In our exclusive “Dreams to Reality” session, our director Gray meets with you personally to explore your vision and walk through your site. We’ll discuss your ideas, address any logistical considerations, and share in your excitement for the project. By the end, you’ll have a clear understanding of the next steps, whether that’s moving into design, refining pricing, or planning the build. It’s the perfect starting point for turning your dream home into reality.
Communication Is Key
Like most areas of life, communication is key to the success of any relationship and we view things no differently. During your project we will have a whats app chat group where all minor coms from sub trades, designers and yourselves will be able to communicate regarding timings and progress as well as document all decisions so that it minimises second hand info and keeps all affected parties informed with what going on on site. Your foreman will catch up weekly to discuss progress or any potential issues they may face. We are available via a phone call from 8am-5pm, to discuss any variations or concerns you may have. If we don’t pick up, leave a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Both site visits and phone calls can be booked on our web site allowing you to choose an available time slot that works for you.
