Small and simple, yet highly appealing! This modern two bedroom home makes great use of space, architectural styling
and usability. Inside, both bedrooms are located in the back for privacy and first-morning sun. The open plan living has an
option of a pitched ceiling. The kitchen is also perfectly located and positioned by a window for an optional outdoor bar!

Toru - Cosy Courtyards

This minor dwelling offers a highly attractive design with double height ceilings throughout the lounge and dining. The
roof flies out over the outdoor living space creating comfortable exterior sheltered spaces. This design also allows for

features you would expect from a full sized architectural home on a minor dwelling footprint.

Whā - Cosy Courtyards
