Josh’s love for music led him to pursue DJing. You can catch him performing at some of Auckland's top clubs and major festivals like Dimension, where he shares his musical passion. When he’s not on stage, he enjoys experiencing the vibrant music scene at New Zealand's many festivals. In his free time, he also enjoys cooking and spending time with friends.

 

Josh’s interest in construction was sparked by his passion for problem-solving and attention to detail. Initially joining Substrait Construction as a laborer, he quickly realised his love for the trade, appreciating the versatility and the satisfaction of seeing complex projects come to life.

 

Josh is particularly proud of the elevated deck project on Mcentee Road, which stands as a testament to his and the team’s craftsmanship. He approaches challenges methodically, often referring back to instructional videos and detailed notes to ensure precision and efficiency.

 

Josh is dedicated to continuing his education and gaining qualifications in the construction field. His long-term goals include running construction sites and potentially starting his own building team.
