Introducing our talented apprentice, Will, who is currently in his 3rd year of his apprenticeship in the construction and building industry. His journey began with a spark of interest in creating things and being hands-on, leading him to pursue a career in woodworking and DIY projects.
With a background in woodtech and carpentry courses, as well as experiences with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, his passion for construction and design has only grown stronger.
Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with family, playing rugby, and traveling to new countries. He approaches challenges with a methodical mindset, seeking solutions through collaboration with peers and mentors.
His long-term career goals include becoming a qualified builder, running a crew as a foreman, and studying project management to become a project manager. As Will continues to grow and develop his skills as an apprentice, he remains dedicated to learning, asking questions, and attending night classes. Despite facing personal challenges such as being recently diagnosed with diabetes, he remains focused on raising awareness and excelling in his career within the building industry. Will is a dedicated and driven individual, ready to make his mark in the world of construction and design.
