At Substrait Construction, we specialise in Carpentry whether it's high-end new builds, renovations, extensions, or beautiful work on lovely old villa's and bungalow's we love crafting the details. We are a small  residential construction under the leadership of Gray Russell, a seasoned carpenter with experience working in on high-end new builds and extension in Queenstown and Auckland, who also has a love for the beautiful bungalows and villas after spending years working on them during his apprenticeship.

The areas we service are Central, Northwest and the Northshore of Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) but not limited to as for our clients we'll move mountains to see their dreams come true. We're known for our craftsmanship, great communication, friendly and can do attitude. Our aim is to take the pain out of the building process
